Hi all,
I am starting court proceedings against my ex for financial relief. Our divorce is being dealt with in a court at the other end of the country for some reason.
On the Form A, at the top you have to fill in the court details of where the divorce is being dealt with.
Do the financial proceedings need to be dealt with in the same court as the divorce? Or will any family court be able to deal with this?
