So paid my C100 money. Do I have to pay for the court each session for as many as it takes or is that it?

No you won't. If it takes three or four hearings, there is no extra charges. Only more payments to solicitors if you are using one.

From trawling through some posts and success stories on here am I right to think that most cases are getting shared care and even 50/50 now or am I being too optimistic.

Go for 50/50 - you may get it, or you may not. What's to lose. You won't be penalised just for wanting 50/50

Every case is different.

In mine I didn't ask for 50/50 I asked for what my children should have been used to if my ex had stuck to a proper arrangement. So my order is to have my kids with my ex 43% of the time rather than her say so.
