Hi. I'm currently going through court to get regular access to my daughter. throughout proceedings, a judge has ordered the mother to supply courts with her and child medical records, as there were mental health issues identified. this has not been done. how can I order these documents through the court to ensure they are provided. the judge is very one sided. mother is an ex safe guarding officer and is using this to her advantage. the mother as legal aid and i am representing myself
if the judge puts it as part of the order, the relevant party will need to supply the records.
you could also as a parent request access to the records from the authority that holds it, so you can try this route also. if you cant get them ask the judge they be brought in if it helps your case.
There is a guide to representing yourself in court when the other side has a lawyer and you don't on the advice now.org.uk website which may be helpful.
