Court order interpretation

Here goes.

Court order, rolling 3 days with child from a specific date with a 4pm exchange time on each exchange.

There is an order that states with Mum 4pm Xmas Eve to 4pm on Xmas day.

So my interpretation is that Dad would have child from 4pm Xmas day until 4pm boxing day and then back to the rolling 3 days after this time.

Would you agree or disagree as Mum is challenging the wording.

Hi,

I would agree with you. However if your ex is being difficult about it then you could start the rolling 3 days from xmas day. Thats a very good arrangement you have there.

I haven't heard of an arrangement like that before, as Bill says, that's a clever arrangement.
