I have my son 104 nights a year every Wednesday and every other weekend Saturday Sunday night. My son keeps asking to stay on the Friday too and I let him. As this is not in the court order do I need to get my ex to put this in writing am I breaching the order? We don’t get on and she is very very calculating. Thank you

No your not breaching order. Often a clause is added to those orders, such as: "any additional time can be agreed by both parents." If your ex has problem with Child staying on Friday, she can communicate that to you. Keep each other informed of any changes.
