Sorry ive only just seen this. Personal experience of court dictating that Parent B takes children to activity of Parent A’s choosing. Perhaps my experience is not common, but this is across several sets of magistrates and no less than 3 circuit judges - all similar, petty things that Parent A has asked for and managed to get the court to order that would normally be considered things that each parent should exercise their PR for. We have even taken that A v A case where it lists what does not need consultation on but that was without success.
