What forms do I need to apply for a variation of a court order?
Looking at the CAP it seems still to be C100 and C1A, is this correct and are the forms on judiciary.co.uk the latest?
I would expect that they are?
Regards,
Dave
Looking at this I have answered my own question, it is a C100.

Hi Dave
I think if you at contemplating a variation you may need to attend mediation again....I think the cut off point is 3/4months...can't remember for sure!
Hi Mojo,
We have been attending medation for the last 4 weeks. 2 sessions where my former refused to discuss any variation with regards to our children despite both asking me to spend more time with me and then when I would not agree to moving out the family home, let her keep all capital and I still pay half the mortgage she refused any further mediation sessions and is taking me to court for the finances.
I had trouble even getitng her to attend mediation in the first place. 🙁
It seems court is inevitable again.
Regards,
Dave
...I'm so sorry to hear this Dave, the mediator should issue you with the signed off C100 as she is refusing to discuss variation.
No worries, Im not surprised.
Just waiting on her to submit to court for the finances and I will submit my c100 and c1a when she does that.
I have it pretty much filled out just needs signed and dated I think.
Also have SS meeting next week as they are speaking to my former on Thursday about safeguarding concerns.
I will keep you all posted......
Regards,
Dave
