ive had 2 cases post poned for lack of bundles and 9 months delay ... its obvious why a bundle is required to have a hearing. don't forget that even if you put a bundle in, the hearing may not proceed if their documents arnt available. In this position id make a complete bundle including her docs that should have already been served and two spares so that the the hearing can go ahead. this is exactly what im doing for my next hearing. Good luck mart.
Don't forget to send her solicitor a copy....just a copy of the index should suffice. Some solicitors charge LIPs a photocopying charge per page for the bundle, someone posted about this recently.
all my bundle includes is everything related to the case. all it has is statements, orders, applications and professional reports. I sent a copy of the index to her solicitor so really she could make her own one. im hoping that all the reports and statements speak for themselves so any stuff that hasn't been already sent to the court isn't needed.
I just hope its enough as we really have no time for manoeuvre.
apparently I can charge my ex's solicitor for the bundle as it is her job to do, a barrister told me that, not sure how true it is though
