Hi, I would say that it's unlikely to be the same judge unless they too have been moved temporarily to that court. You can probably phone the court and find out which judge the hearing is listed to. Having said that, I've frequently seen hearings be allocated to different judges last minute due to sickness or emergency hearings.

court went ahead yesterday, final hearing set for 7 weeks time. The ex is contesting the soc workers section 7 report and has bought herself more time, she has asked for a new report as things have improved for the child(she's been on best behaviour and moved in with her family so has support)
My son has to write a statement and the mother have to write a statement for the final hearing.
The ex is making accusations of alcohol abuse and also of violence(not towards her but towards a computer game against my son) this was one incident when he was a teenager before he even met the ex!(she will probably add this in her statement although untrue)
Soc worker also asked to give an Addendum report.
Still no contact with the child.
Although the next hearing is final, How will the courts deal with the false allegations.
Does anybody have a link to how a Statement should be written please and what should it include as it's the final one.
Thanks in advance

Hi

Statements should be laid out as

Background, Concerns, What you would like the court to do

Deal with any allegations she has made and attach any supporting evidence to the statement. If the statements have been ordered to follow the addendum, anything you wish to challenge about CAFCASS/SS reports should be included in the statement.

I'm happy to help with statement or look over anything for you. I will send you a pm.....
