[Solved] Contempt of court

that's a definite contempt and there is case law for that contempt. there is also definitely a case for damages. thanks for sharing

My solicitor wrote a very good letter, it will be interesting to see my ex's response! I won't be holding my breath over a response though. Ex likes to think that by ignoring things they will go away. Not this time! 👿

My solicitor never got a reply from the ex, but I am off to court this wk. Ex instigated it, I will use this opportunity for my own gain. Watch this space......................

Judge was not interested in the contempt of court. I was told to put this in seperately! Ex continues to be a narcissistic, sociopathic bully !
