It was previously recommended by cafcass that contact with my ex is through a contact book only. However, contact with the children has been arranged for several months to be supervised with my ex's grandmother in supervision, yet my ex often attends instead of her mother.
Things have gotten out of hand - I want to contact my ex and appeal to her to come forward with the truth.
Is this likely to get me into any kind of trouble if it is written politely in a text?
Incidentally my private messages keep getting sent to the trashcan - I have to keep restoring them. Is there a way to stop this?
I would advise against making contact, have you let CAFCASS know that she has been attending supervised contact against their recommendations?
This should be something you bring up in court at the next hearing, as it flys in the face of the reason for such supervision.
Theres a box (already ticked as a default position) at the bottom of the message box that you can untick so that messages arent binned.
