Hi Kenny.
I recently just had the same and then had my second hearing. My ex said I refused to go to contact centre appointments etc and she had all these concerns blah blah there so many people going through this.
I personally wrote a Chronology list of all the appointments and then got the contact centre to write a cover letter to confirm this and even wrote that almost had gone well. The reports will speak volumes in my opinion anyway but I had the letter to counter her accusation.
My contact went to 6hrs sat/sun every other weds until final hearing but I've heard people get there full result they after the second hearing depending the circumstances.
Good luck and I'm sure you will be fine and go forward as I have.
