I haven't seen my baby boy twins since November when they were 11 months old. Court isn't until May for next hearing. IF I get any contact at all the ex wants a family member of hers to be there, which I completely and utterly disagree with cos they have all done nothing but lie and cause me trouble and try and get me put away. Can the court make me accept one of them being there? The twins will have forgotten me I know but the ex's lot have tried and are still trying to stop me ever seeing my kids even though I've done nothing except split with the ex. What does the court do about the babies not knowing me now?
Hi There,
,
I would imagine that they would look to have contact start at a contact centre they may suggest a family member of hers attend, but not sure that they could enforce that happens if there has been history of issues.
.
I would go in with the idea of counter offering a contact centre so that you can get to know the boys in a safe environment.
