Can you clarify what it is you're asking please? If you take a child on holiday, it doesn't generally void a court order.
Well I'm thinking of keeping the children after there holiday as I am extremely worried of the way she speaks to them she constantly swears at them aswell and I just want them out of that environment
She will almost certainly report you to the police for child abduction, and with a court order in her favour, she'd be more or less guaranteed to succeed, and you would then be in a position where she could restrict or stop your contact, It's not a course of action that is worth considering at all. I would speak to the scottish child law centre - www.sclc.org.uk, for some legal advice.
