Hi All,
Have just filed Clean Break Finances Consent Order. Ex keeps all contents, car and sale of fmh sales proceeds to be spit 50:50 which will allow ex to buy house. No pension sharing. Both parties in secure full time work. I pay CM via CMS for 1 child.
Wondering how long Court's are taking to process consent orders.

How long does a financial consent order take? The time taken to obtain a financial order by consent can vary depending on individual circumstances. If the financial order by consent is straight forward the court will normally take between 3 and 4 weeks to process the application.
