Sorry for the questions but I'm having kittens due to anexity.

Was in court 2 years ago.  Child psychologist and parental alienation was very touch and go.

I got my child arrangement orders but unfortunately the ex has broke them and I've got to go back to court.

My previous solicitor is away on holidays so for now I'm going it alone but struggling due to learning difficulties ( especially around tech issues)

By Friday I hope to have 3 copy's of the c100,C1a and c79 forms sent to the local family court

I'm going for prohibited steps order over holiday issues to get to court as soon as possible or it looks like I won't be seeing the kids over the summer holidays and I'll be missing one of their birthdays.

To deny contact, the ex took the children out of school early meaning my son missed his leavers play, leavers BBQ and his graduation play just because she has the hump with me.

The headteacher said that the ex has planned this, using the kids as weapons against me and incapable of putting the kids needs and feelings above her own.

Am I going about things in the right away?  Can't stand this anymore and it needs to be stopped for my sake and more importantly the kids.

Hi,

Sorry to hear this. If ex has breached court order, you only need to send off the C79 form for enforcement. It's  possible that court may give you a hearing that's in 2-3 months time, unless your able to get sn urgent hearing. If ex has a solicitor, I suggest you write to them and remind them to inform their client to follow the court order.
