I know it can seem that everything is against you, but sometimes things can make a uturn, try and stay focussed on the reason you are doing it, that is to be in your child's life.
Try not to prejudge cafcass, I think the judge was quite supportive of your concerns at the last hearing wasn't he? Did you ask if the cafcass meeting can be recorded? That might help to make you feel less anxious about it it.
Is there anyone that can support you right now, to spend time with or just go out and do something that you enjoy... a trip to the cinema or bowling... maybe a picnic in the park, just something to take your mind off your worries.
I think we've mentioned before that attending a Families Need Fathers meeting might help you too. I'll give you a link to their website where you'll find details of their meetings, you'll meet people that are going through the same as you and just sharing problems with people that understand can be a big help.
