Ex applied for a clean break consent order 1.5 years ago. We both attended mediation and agreed to a consent order where neither of us would claim anything. We don't have a any assets. I paid £150 for a memorandum of facts. Her solicitor sent me a financial disclosure which I filled in and sent back. Ex's solicitor is still waiting for her to fill in her paperwork and it's been a year. I contacted her solicitor who said they have been chasing her for the last 6 months but no response.
What do I do? I have emailed ex about this and she responded by saying "I will get in touch with my solicitor" but has not done so.
I need a clean break. Any advice appreciated.
I think mediation is with out prejudice , so means nothing, as I went to mediation spoken about loads got some where with our child then ex said no , waste of time and money , if you have no assets ,does it matter
It matters inasmuch as she could come back at a later date and make claim on his pension or any other assets...at least that's how I understand it.
