Hi there,

Obvious;y new to this, but need some help, desperately!! Been seperated nearly 3 years now, child care has been hot and cold to say the least, but now i cant see my kids at all just, and the only way i can do this is to pop up to school/after school clubs to even say hello to them!!

We are currently going to court for divorce etc but its not to do with kids 9scottish law!) so apparantly, there is nothing i can do ? She always cancels mediation and now threatening court to stop me from even going to school to see them.
can she do this, and any, ANY advice at all for me, as i feel im getting NOWHERE with my solicitor !! 🙁

Your solicitor should be helping, but if not then it's worth considering whether it's worth the cost. I'm not sure whether the Scottish child law centre can give advice if you have a solicitor but give them a call and see what they say www.sclc.org.uk

Also worth having a look yoji's guide to representing yourself at the top of the legal section, though there may be slight differences in Scotland.
