[Solved] Child returning from abroad

My ex wife emigrated to US last year, taking our 2 children after marrying a US serviceman. She has a residency order granting her custody of both children.

However, my son aged 13, is not coping well with life over there, and my ex has said that he can come back to the UK to live with me and my partner.

What paperwork do I have to sort out to cover myself??

How does maintenance work now as we now have a child each?

Any help would be gratefully received.

I will ask the CCLC if they can give any advice on this - I'm guessing that you would need a residence order for your son, but I'd wait for the expert help on here.
