Hello Dad's and father's,

My son mother has failed to follow the court order and submit her medical records. What can I do or who do I chase this up with?

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

I have still not received the medical report and the court have said they are too short staffed to look into it. However I received the s7 which I am 70 percent happy with. Its like Caffcass wrote what they wanted to and basically felt sympathy for my sons mother and even when she said her accusation were unwarranted, she did not dig deeper into her mental health issues and how it impacts my son.

hi,

court must be aware that ex has to provide medical report. if she has not, just bring to their attention and then leave to courts to deal with that.

you mentioned that s7 report is very positive. so focus on that and getting child contact πŸ™‚

court seem to have some written or unwritten rule where they don't like to give mother a hard time, or anyone saying she is a bad mother.
