I don't know if this will be useful to anyone but I spoke to an ex judge today who explained the changes in the law as of 2014. This is specifically useful to anyone who is going through, or considering going through the court process to resolve access arrangements for their children. It's a bit in-depth and long-winded.

It explains the role of the mediators, CAFCASS, the courts etc and gives guidelines on what their objectives should be. This includes everything from dispute resolution to breaches of court orders already in place.
Thanks we already have that link and the CAP flowchart, we put it up as a sticky just after the family law reforms came into play. If you check out the stickys in the Legal Eagle section you'll find it along with plenty of other useful info.
