Im not sure what a section 7 is - there is no mention of it on the court papers so I assume not
They have just asked for relevant facts for matters not agreed and statements of witnesses they wish to call- can this include family ?

am not sure about family statements/witness but it can pretty much be any thing that's relevant, like statements from police, medical reports, social services etc.
