[Solved] Child Arrangement Order

I’d be very appreciative of any advice relating to my circumstances.

I have been subject of a section 17 enquiry - outcome no concerns but support provided by family support worker.
Also allegations of domestic abuse in report but with no police involvement.
Child services report whilst has the above outcome is very bias, contains lies, bent truths, and is in multiple places out of context.

Is there a way to challenge the content (not the outcome) of the child services report?

I’ve only been seeing my son for very limited durations and supervised until family support worker’s work has concluded

What’s the best I could hope for from a child arrangement order?

TIA

Hi I’m sure there are other ways , and cafcass etc will just say it’s their officer’s opinion but I’m challenging a police report citing incorrect or not factual information being held about me under GDPR . They’re obliged to respond within 20 days ( I think it is )
Might be worth a try

hi,

yes you can challenge the social workers report in court. dont bother argue with the social worker about it. they will just say if you disagree with anything in report, raise it at court.

If there are factual errors in the report then you can write to them to tell them, however as Bill has said if you simply do not agree with things in the report then it's their opinion and you will have to challenge it in court and provide your evidence to prove yourself.
