Who has sent you this form? I would imagine you will have to complete it if you're being asked to do so, i think you are better off doing it and prevent being obstructive? I have never used a C2 form sorry, so I am unsure what this one is for?

A C2 form is usually used to request an order / direction in exisiting proceedings. Please provide some further detail and we can advise from there.
