Hi everyone,
Does anyone know if there's any way to find out which nursery your child goes to? Ours has been moved from nursery to a new one by her mum (child told us), but mum refuses to say where and child is too young to really know where she goes so can't tell us.
Would the LEA know?
Thanks
I'm not sure it the LEA would know, and even if they did, whether they would tell you without a court order (having PR might not be enough for them to have to divulge information). You might be able to get a court to order her to divulge this - why is she withholding this information?
Pure spite. She wants to bring up 'her child' without any interference. She's hostile to any information being shared, including nursery reports. She claims DV so that no one will tell us anything.
I can't remember what stage you are at or how old the child is, but if you have a court order that shows what contact should be taking place, then that will come in handy for dealing with the nursery.
I'll post a link below that should help navigate with the LEA or nursery.
