does anyone know of any shared care residental orders that have been won in court so i can use them as reference's or where to look

I have found a good resource on the nscfc website - the link is here: http://www.nscfc.com/An%20Introduction%20to%20Private%20Law%20Children%20Cases.pdf

It's a comprehensive document which covers all aspects of family law (it's 175 pages long), it is slightly outdated but contains the primary case law relating to all scenarios - it may or may not be relevant to your case but might be worth a search?
