[Solved] Case law ?

I wonder if there is any case law I could look up with regards to contact orders
concerning a baby (3months of age).
Does someone know of any site I could check and read ?
Although I have read some interesting views on some mum-websites which
I found rather surprising, I could not find anything by way of legal judgements.

Have a nice weekend and many thanks in advance
Kirsten

...there is tons of case law...and plenty of sites. Just google family case law.

www.familylawweek.co.uk

The Custody Minefield covers this and also FNF has some case law content... Just have a google!

Its a great read that and if you search hard you do find interesting cases.

Unfortunately for me I find thats all. In private law whilst a rule may be applicable and put forward, it appears its actually the judge whom makes a decision and can superseed any previous rulings with a flip of a coin.

Kirsten in a young baby notorious mothers websites have views, but they are opinions. Self repping and putting forward the point of how important it is to establish a bond between a father an his baby is the key issue here. There are clearly limitations in terms of physical restrictions eg breast feeding, however this is not for all. It is not unusual for either parent in turn to have not spent every night of the babies life with them and infact for both parents to have had a night off together to rekindle those happy moments that led to the birth of the child πŸ™‚ anyways you get my point x

Thank you so much...I have been reading on the internet all evening.I am all googely eyed now.
I can't adequately explain why I want to read up on some judgements...mainly to get a "feel"
and an idea of what is realistic and achievable in my sins case.
No doubt my son will go to court before long as we had yet another issue with babies mother.
In a kind of way I like to be prepared ....although I am not the one fighting the case but I do
wholeheartedly support my son and want to be able to assist him wherever and whenever I can.
Thank you once again.

Knowledge is power, and in court, you can never have too much information too hand πŸ™‚
