Got me 3rd cafcass telephone interview coming up (feels like me first)
I want to make sure I get all my points across to them but don't want to sound like it's me v the ex.
Basically I want to put it across the emotional harm an stress she is causing my son by continually breaching the court order.
But not sure what way to go about without making it sound like a personal vendetta against his mum.
Any tips?
I had all that, it's not nice and also very hard to remain impartial. If you can get the point over without going into full on rant mode, the cafcass rep should see the true colours come through and hopefully do the right thing via the courts for the children.
Always put kids at forefront of thinking rather than one upmanship against the ex, caffcass see through that and are not interested in the adults issues.
I am living proof and a success story of fighting my kids corner and achieving what they wanted, dads are given a fairer crack of the whip nowadays remember.
Good luck.....
