5 nights I have my son..

My argument is I do all the school runs etc to and from and to all clubs etc, so I find it far from fair when...

She breached current court order.
Failed to discuss or get consent from myself or court with regards to the move (Im resident parent)
Shouldnt even be her looking after him it should be her Mother as she left my son with her for 3 years (Court Order)
She happily moved regardless of court order and didnt think of the impact her decisions would have on her...
I brought the application to court to try spend some quality time with my son instead of him seeing me as a boarding school...

Thanks for your advice, I feel the whole system is a waste of time, Im not paying for a solicitor either I paid 8000 for the last court order and she just does what she wants willy nilly, Id rather save the money as there is no consiquences
