Hi All,
I am preparing for a final hearing as a litigant in person. I am finding myself bouncing between things and am finding it hard to chronological state things and just how to set things out in general. If anyone could, please could you send me over what you prepared or your court bundle (family/child contact) so I can at least get an idea of how to prepare all of this.
Thanks
hi there,
during my court case, ex was fully represented by a solicitor. they did a bundle for me.
all it really was is all the documents used in the court process. they sent me a PDF doc, which contained the completed c100 form that was used. followed by other docs e.g. c1/c7 form
have you been asked to prepare a witness statement?
writing witness statement: https://childlawadvice.org.uk/witness-statements/
i assume you already have taken a position statement to previous hearings. you should take an updated one, about what issues are and what you are expecting.
Hi take a look at this , I had to prepare the bundle myself .
