I would say in theory yes, afterall why should you be out of pocket for her breaking the contact order.....you can ask for costs to be awarded, however it would be highly unlikely for you to get them but a great victory if you did!
i've racked up around £11k of legal bills and application costs over the last 8yrs - most of that was in the first 2yrs using a solicitor i will add!
at every enforcement hearing and variation hearing i asked that costs be awarded back to me for her being the one breaking and preventing contact...i've not had one penny awarded.
the only solace i have in all this is that since the finding of fact hearing proved her a liar over her DV claims that she lost her legal aid and when she's attended with a solicitor its out of her pocket not our taxes!
As above - it's very unlikely - I don't know if that differs in Scotland though......worth asking your lawyer
rarely awarded im afraid but you could claim costs for petrol or travel fare if you was out of pocket due to her braking the order..seen it happen a few times
