I had a hearing today about my daughter in witch my ex partner denied all knowledge of drugs being in her property (lied In court to get my daughter in her care) to witch she succeeded

They was growing cannabis and selling it from the property my daughter way staying at 5 days a week Mon-Fri

Also I made a post on this site a week before her home got raided by the police seeking advice as I was scared about the effects it would have on my daughter and me

Can recording be used in a case like this as its in the child's interest?????

Also she knows about the recordings and knew she was being recorded but what if she lies again and says she has no knowledge of the recordings

At the end of the day it's in the child's (my daughters) best interest for them hear be allowed in court!

But and the end of the day there truly is discrimination against fathers as all I have done is try to protect my child yet she says her partner put cannabis plants, tampered with the electric had a lock on the door the cannabis plants was in with all the lighting and ventilation equipment without her knowledge what kind of judge believes this and tells me to send my daughter home to where this has happened never mind selling the drugs

There is nothing I can do for now as she will have her back in her care till the 29/02/2016 (when the next court date is) already casscaf are now involved till the next court date hopefully they will see her for the scum and liar she is

The country we live in and the judicial system is a joke from what I have experienced!!!!!

Good morning,

The burden of proof is lower in a civil court than in a criminal court, so you can probably use the recordings if she knew she was being taped.

This may sound like a daft question to you, but if your ex-wife has just been caught growing illegal drugs commercially and selling them, will she not be going to prison and so unable to have residency of your child anyway?

Best wishes,

O

she said she had no knowledge of them being there and so on aka lied in court and said her partner put them there but its like how can u not know that there was canabis plants in the bedroom there was a lock on the door and that was the reason why she was sleeping in the living room on a matress but the excuse to that was there was no t.v

at the end of the day i still have my normal contact what is weekends but i can no longer try to protect my daughter from drug dealers poeple who are in and out of prison
so if that was the case why would she still be with the partner that apparently put her child in danger is beyond me and better yet the guy who got them to grow and sell the drugs was in the court waiting room

at the end of the day she is lower than scum but they shes a women so if the father has no criminal convictions and a person of good character that will try anything to stop his child from danger but like i said shes a women so even if her house was dirty the electric was rigged and sleeping in the living room while there is cananis growing in the bedroom and the judge thinks its fit for my child to stay there??? you call that justice!!!!!!

i have recordings of her selling canabis the day after her house got raided and a recording saying we dont sell canabis anymore (her and her partner)
i posted a week before on here that she was selling canabis from the property can i not use the post on here and the recordings to prove she lied in court????

It's up to the courts whether to allow the recordings or not - as for the posting on here, that's almost certainly not a good idea as family hearings are confidential, so admitting that you have posted details on an open forum would be admitting to contempt of court.
