I'm considering applying for PR of my newborn , bye I didn't even know when they where born, their name or gender as my ex is telling me nothing, she moved aswell so I don't even know the address, what can I do ?
Hi...I've just responded to your other post. Here in England we have what's known as a seek and find order, which is an application to court for an order to locate a mother and child, however it may not be the same in Scotland, Ive given you a link to some support in Scotland which you may find useful.
Good luck
I looked it up there I cannot even apply for this as I don't even know the child's name or gender or date of birth the only thing I know is the estimated due date
It would be the mother that you would want to locate...speak to the legal centre and they may be able to clarify your situation. I'm sorry I can't offer anything more...Scottish law is slightly different.
