You seem to be an experienced member, is this with regard to a criminal matter? Im not sure what help can be provided through here?
Kenny, if you've still got a solicitor helping you then they're going to be best placed to ask about that side of things, or if not maybe try CAB (Citizens Advice Bureau) or CORAM?
