Hi there, anyone ever heard of CAFCASS trying to tell an employer about findings made? I would have thought that only if you worked directly with Children where there might be safguarding issues, but a DBS and Criminal convictions cover this and that disclosure based on balance of probability findings is a bit dodgy.

Hi,

Never heard of Cafcass contacting an employer. You c could contact cafcass and ask if this is their procedure. If not, make a complaint.
