Does anyone have any experiences over dealing with cafcass over a report on the suitability of the parent in breach of a court order to do unpaid work
It's not something I've come across on here, but I can't see that breaching a court order is going to help, if nothing else, a court is going to look at that and wonder whether a Child Arrangement Order is going to be adhered to.
The cafcass officer wants to have a meeting with me im not sure why or what i can add to my statement requested and submitted to the court. Its my ex who is not engaging in the process and the cafcass officer says he only works part time and has annual leave coming up so has requested an extention for the report
