Cafcass are no longer involved. Them 5 words were music to my ears! That was the only part of the s7 report that I whole heartedly agree with, now I know some people on here have had good things to say about them but I honestly can't think of one for the life of me.

I have been meaning to do a do's and don't guide on how to deal with them but I think it will be just a massive rant slagging them off so I'll have my say now, calm down then do one later 🙂

Every single one of them who I met were a complete shower of S**T, I found them to be rude, arrogant, disrespectful, sexist, biased, unprofessional and I think they have lead to more breakdowns in the relationships between a Father and their kids than anything else.

I honestly felt physically sick in the presence of most of them they came across as complete man haters.

As I work on certain home office sites I found out that Cafcass pealed off from the Probation service many moons ago so at their heart the old school ones used to be probation officers. I work with these guys day in and day out and even they have to deal with them on a regular basis and even they warned me I'd be in for a rough ride and to top all this off my local Social services and child welfare are the biggest pile of [censored] in the whole country at the moment.

Obviously the Probation service deal with criminals like Murderers, [censored] offenders, child killers ect and I swear on my life Cafcass instantly treat you like one of them if you are male. I felt like I was on trail to be a Dad it was awful and the worst ones were the Officers who are present in court.

Now these people as far as I'm concerned hold more weight than anyone else in the system forget the Judges, Magistrates, Solicitors ect what they say and what they recommend goes it's truly shocking.

They are the only reason I have not seen my baby daughter for 8 whole months even the S2 was floored they made up allegation after allegation on unfounded lies all the way through after speaking with me for 20 mins on the phone, they even checked my record which is clean then denied me any contact they are utter scum.

In total I had 7 different officers assigned to my case and they rushed a s7 report through in 3 weeks before the hearing when they had 13 weeks to do so, All you get is were so busy its so hard work blah blah blah its utter s**t EVERY ONE is overworked and overstressed in this day and age who isn't get a grip!

They will completely side with your ex you will have to do do drug tests get letters from your doctor go on parenting courses do drink tests attend fing church just because your ex accuses you of been a drug and drink fuelled child killing kitten killing bunny boiler and your ex will not have to do jack not a thing just carry on slagging you off.

I'm my s7 they recommended contact but painted me out to be a controlling abusive manipulating nut job who controlled every situation he was in they even tried to imply that I was a control freak by the amount of evidence I had sent in dismissing my families pleas that they get to se my daughter scumbags.

Now what worked in my favour was I disputed every line in that report at court and I backed it up with evidence cross referenced to my bundle the judge absolutely loved it and knew I mean't business and dismissed most of the bull* in it but stuck to the recommendations to the word so all I can say is BE VERY VERY CAREFUL WITH CAFCASS!!!!!

Ahhhhhhh.............I feel better now once I've calmed down I'm going to put together a do and don't guide on how to deal with these muppets if you have the misfortune to have them involved in your case I'll tell you how to deal with them. 🙂
