Is it possible to do an in-person C79 arrangements order breach and a C100 variation of order on the day in court?
I'm aware you can do in person hearings for prohibited steps, non mols etc but are the above orders possible?
Hi There,
I don't have too much knowledge on this, but keep checking back and someone with more knowledge will be online soon.
GTTS
You already have proceedings ongoing so technically you shouldn't need to put in an application form of your own.
Ask the court to consider what you are thinking of applying for and they might want you to complete a C2 form to add issues to existing proceedings.
Best to ask first in case they are happy to accept a verbal application from you.
Thanks for the information. I will speak with court today and get a definitive answer.
I'll keep you posted on the outcome.
