When does the c7 forum have to be returned? The hearing is not until next year

If I send it back to court now it says do I have a solicitor ? At moment I don't , is it OK to put no. But time the case comes I will have one

Will this affect anythink?

Do I need to apply to the c1a ? At this stage?

Just return it in good time . If something changes you can always just email the court . If you’re litigant In person you don’t have a solicitor they need to know of . If they changes you Email the court . Don’t use a solicitor . Use a direct access barrister prob cost you £500 for a short hearing fixed price . Much cheaper than a solicitor and you don’t need to waste £1000s on someone sending emails and filling in forms etc you can easily do
