🙁 hi all i have not seen my baby, girl, in a year, coz her mums just so , well nasty, am in court rep myself well im trying to, what do you put in the c1a, her alligations,, ive go to reply, ? do i say guilty,,, or no never happened,, , thing is some of it did , but nothing nasty, on my behalf,,, and if i say guilty, am i going to be fxxxxd, thanks, dad

If You did some of the things that she has claimed then I would admit to those and give some background into what led to them happening, also follow up by explaining that you understand that it was wrong and that it won't ever happen again as you have realised your mistakes.

It's not a matter of guilt, but it's always best to be honest. If there has been problems between you it might be better to use your own words to tell the court about it. If the allegations are false, it's ok to say that.

I don't think you have to use the C1a to respond, if you feel better explaining what happened in a brief position statement that would be ok...it's a good idea to provide the court with a brief two page statement, just to give them a little more detail about what happened and what you'd like the court to do.
