Hi there,

Now you sit and wait for it to be returned.

From memory you will get 2 copies back one for yourself and one to serve to your ex, I can't remember if you get the date when it's returned though.

I lodge the C100 in person and the very next day my 2 copies were posted through the door the next day. I served the "respondents" copy to her via Special Delivery, for which you can download the signature to confirm receipt. Your Ex, will no doubt get a solicitor to act for her and they will send you notice that they are acting for your ex. Meanwhile, CAFCAS will be notifed and they will make a call to you to arrange an appt. for a telephone interview. At the same the Social Services will be doing checks into both of your family backgrounds. Is that enough for now?
