Hi all,
My husband applied to vary the court order back in Nov 21 and we have yet to hear anything. We received the papers that the courts have the application but no date for hearing. We are with East London Family Court. Any ideas on the current wait time?
We have rang the courts, chased via email etc but no substantial response.
I'm sure loads of dads are in the same position but wondered if anyone could give us an expectation on how much longer we could potentially be waiting? Or if anyone else have recently applied through East London Family Court?
Thanks as always
I’m aware that current waiting times are long and that it can take 3-5 months for FHDRA to be listed following a C100 Child Arrangement Order Application.
It’s been 10 months since you submitted your application but counties have different waiting times. However if your application is for minor variations then it might be far down the priority list.
i put mine in 10 years ago.. still waiting for something to actually happen..
