So weve sent the C100 application. What happens now?
You should get a reply in about a week to ten days with a hearing date and an acknowledgement which you should return....it will be explained to you what to do in the paperwork.
CAFCASS will be notified to prepare a Schedule 2 letter for the court, which is a brief report about any safeguarding issues. it will most likely be a telephone interview, they will also contact the police and Local Authorities to as ertain if yeither of you have had any previous involvement with them.
