Hi there,

I think you mean 11th April? March has been and gone my friend.

If your ex has made false allegations and you have proof she has lied then of course this can be used in court. If you can get them printed off with the dates they were sent then even better, but if you cant then you'll just have to show the message straight from your phone.

You should get to talk to the Court Advisory Officer from CAFCASS when you get there and before you go into court. They are there to talk to you both and will try and get you to reach some sort of agreement before going into the courtroom. Share your concerns with them and they will advise you about it.

Best of luck 🙂

Personally, I always transcribed any text messages into a single (very long) document for the court to read, with exact date and time (and bad spelling/punctuation/swearing). By all means, take pictures etc of the texts as proof in case your ex denies it, but the court accepted everything I'd transcribed and my ex never disputed it.

This has come up quite a few times on here....i really ought to keep a list of stock replies.....

I took "screen shots" of every text, put them all in to a MSWord doc making notes of particular texts and highlighting them....all these i submitted with my statement to court as my evidence/proof that my ex was a liar.
the courts accepted them and my ex's legal team were "bowled out for a duck" on her allegations because of them!! 😆

You cannot beat the truth!
