[Solved] c100 and C2

Hello,
I would appreciate your advice..
I sent a C100 and paid £215.I got my copy from the court and the instruction :"In respect of any of the children named on the Notice, fill in Form C2".
Why should I fill in Form C2?
Should I send it to court? Or just "fill in" and take it to the first hearing?
Is there any fee for C2? I already paid for C100.
Cheers,
Leo

Hi

There is a fee for a C2 but I would query this request with the court.

A C2 form is for permission to start proceedings (are you on the birth certificate / have PR for example?) , or to add another issue to existing proceedings, or to add another party to the proceedings.
