Hello just curious the application for parental resposibilty seems very bleak with no information only says answer yes to question 7 why is this surley it's easier to put the mothers details in and kids names etc?
Does the mother have to go to court or is it only me ,what comes after I've sent the c1 off ?
Also am I right in think you need 3 copies of everything ?
It's poorly worded... what it means is that as this form can be used to apply for other things as well as PR, it's saying that only the people using theform to apply for PR should answer question 7, you must still fill out all of the other questions too.
You will be naming the mother as the respondent so she will be expected to attend.
You willl need to supply the original plus 3 copies.
