I found this in my travels and thought I would share it with you. It's a flow chart for the Child Arrangements Programme and is a good illustrations of how it should work...should being the operative word! 🙂

I found it very helpful we are now at Section 7 stage we have the Dispute Resolution Appointment booked 9 weeks and counting however not heard a thing from cafcass yet so hoping they will have up as they have just under 7 weeks to file their report I really don't feel any delays would be helpful for the children as regardless of trying my best to protect them from what is going on they are clever kids and can read you can't hide everything
