Hi,
How can I request the court to bring the hearing date forward, because my child's school year is slated to commence in September 2024, with the potential of it taking place in London or a different place, it won't give enough time to manoeuvre the admission process. Given that the scheduled dispute resolution appointment is in April 2024, I am concerned about the feasibility of concluding the final hearing by June 2024.
I emailed the court multiple times, but no response. I also submitted a C2 application.
C100 application was submitted in June 2023 and the first hearing was in September 2023 and considering Cafcass S7 report was completed in January 2024.
Any help in this matter is appreciated.
Thanks.
Hi,
It's possible that your next hearing in April could be converted into final hearing, if judges see no major issues. It's up to them. If you still want earlier hearing, then you can contact court to chase up your c2 form.
