Hi Folk
Well back after another eventable chapter in our never ending story.
Yes we thought a District Judge things are looking up...Well our District Judge went AWOL...(finding it hard to believe? i would ) we were mover Courts and had to go in front of a Circuit Judge on the Basis of agreement to recommendation of Caf Cass report..
CCI is still relatively new (march 2015) but is not conducted by Cafcass it is outsourced.
They now have a 12 week window in which to undertake and complete work with Mom Dad And Child and to Help contact progress.
Mediation has also been ordered by court at a cost to both Parties ( Mom refused 1st mediation and 2nd was deemed unsuitable due to mothers hostility) this time she must go.Let them do the report showing her hostility.
Further we have been granted permission to file recordings ( her solicitor was opposed to this) where she is clearly heard saying " No judge will tell me what to do"
So as it stands we have a hearing set for September ( date to be confirmed) As it will now in effect cost us very little ( instead of the £1k + Solictors bill every month) we have decided to continue . Mom now has to start coughing up for very expensive visits to solicitors to defend recordings and As My son has pointed out he needs Mediation weekly. ( that is said with tongue in cheek) ( she hates paying for anything)
So where as we keep getting knocked back..we have to push aside her not getting her punishment and focus on the bigger Picture .

That sounds quite positive for one - those recordings are going to be an eye opener for the court. Wonder how much influence Judge Wildblood has had on the system in the last week.
